Following the death of Brian Bellrichard as the result of a collision between his automobile and one operated by an uninsured motorist, action was brought in the Ramsey County District Court by Rosemary Brunmeier on her own behalf and as trustee for the heirs and next of kin of decedent to recover the amount provided as uninsured-motorist coverage in a policy issued to decedent by defendant. The court, David E. Marsden, Judge, ordered judgment for plaintiff for $10,000, and defendant appealed from the judgment entered.
